We focus on the commercial and regulatory side of heat networks: getting ready for Ofgem regulation, building the commercial case, setting up ESCos, securing funding, procuring partners, negotiating contracts, mobilising new schemes, signing up customers, and keeping live networks running well.
We also founded and developed Caldora Compliance, software that helps heat network operators manage their Ofgem Authorisation Conditions.
