Who we are

Caldora Consulting Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here. We are registered in England, company number 16349296, at Main Road, Hockley, Essex, SS5 4EL. Contact us about privacy at paul.mciver@caldoraconsulting.co.uk or on 020 3780 9791.

What we collect and why

If you email or call us, we hold your name, contact details and what you tell us. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you instruct us, to carry out and manage the work. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

If we cannot answer, you can leave a voicemail. We hold your number and the message you leave.

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business and accounting records.

Our website

Our website host processes technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site has no forms and asks for no personal information.

Cookies

We set no advertising cookies unless you accept them in the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Ads cookies tell us whether you reached the site from one of our ads and whether you then clicked our email address or phone number. We use this only to measure our advertising. Ad personalisation is switched off. Google receives information about your visit when these cookies are in use.

Who we share information with

  • Our website host and email and telephone providers, to run those services.
  • Google, for advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law provides for international transfers.

Your rights
