He specialises in setting up, mobilising and improving long-term ESCo contracts, and has delivered complex district energy schemes across the UK, supporting clients from bid strategy right through to day-to-day operation.
Alongside this, Paul helps operators and developers get ready for Ofgem regulation: understanding what applies to them, taking the practical steps to meet the new conditions and consumer protection standards, and protecting commercial and operational performance along the way.
